Olga Oynotkinova, Evgeny Nikonov, Alexandr Pavlov, Olga Maslennikova, Priyanka Chowdhury, Andrei Ershov. Comprehensive approach to correcting anemia and mitochondrial disorders with iron citrate complex "Synthesit" during neoadjuvant chemotherapy in colorectal cancer and lymphoproliferative diseases. Russian Journal of Evidence-Based Gastroenterology. 2024;13(1):21-31.
On April 3, 2024, a sensational article was published in the scientific journal "Russian Journal of Evidence-Based Gastroenterology '' about the impact of Synthesit on the health of patients undergoing cancer treatment.
The research was conducted by Professor Oynotkinova t the most reputable medical base in Russia — the Federal State Budgetary Institution "General Hospital" under the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, Moscow and the State Budgetary Institution of the city of Moscow "Research Institute for Healthcare Organization and Medical Management of Moscow Healthcare Department".
As a result of iron citrate therapy, hematocrit, hemoglobin, iron, ferritin, transferrin, erythropoietin, and mitochondrial enzymes levels increased in 99.7% of Synthesit patients. We observe a decline in indicators of lipid peroxidation (LOP), which influence oxidative cell damage reactions, alongside the normalization of hemorheological parameters and enhancement of myocardial contractile ability, leading to an increase in ejection fraction.
The research proved that the intake of iron citrate Synthesit improves mitochondrial function, increases arterial blood oxygen saturation, increases the production of adenosine triphosphate and has a positive effect on biochemical and metabolic parameters.
The patients who have been taking Synthesit since 2019 note it helps them maintain normal blood pressure, and in some cases, reduce the dose or completely withdraw from conventional hypotensive drugs. All the changes in medication regimen were under the supervision of attending physicians. This is related to the key features of high blood pressure such as damaged arteries and the restriction of blood flow to the heart and other organs and tissues of the body.
Analysis of the clinical status of all patients in the 1st and 2nd groups during iron citrate intake showed improvement in overall well-being, reduction, and in some patients, alleviation of asthenic syndrome, increased physical endurance, improved sleep, absence of nausea and vomiting, and increased appetite.
There was a relief of episodes of tachycardia, manifestations of heart failure: shortness of breath, sensation of breathlessness, shin swelling. In addition, dry mouth, feeling of bitterness, nausea disappeared and appetite increased. In the study of hematologic parameters in comparison with initial results regarding chemotherapy and iron citrate administration, positive dynamics were noted in patients of both groups.
Long-term intake of biologically active nutraceuticals of iron citrate Synthesit helps with:
In addition, taking this supplement helps normalize:
Iron deficiency is detected in every third patient with malignant neoplasms and in 90% of patients receiving chemotherapy. The authors of the research summarize that maintenance therapy with biologically active iron citrate Synthesit is necessary both in the preoperative period and during the stages of chemotherapy.
To put it simply, all of this confirms the fact, known to us from our consumer feedback, that those who take Synthesit experience a reduction or complete cessation of hair loss, that often accompanies chemotherapy treatment. Blood iron levels and hemoglobin do not drop, but even rise. People remain active. According to some stories, some who take Synthesit, could easily drive themselves away, in just an half an hour after receiving chemotherapy injections. Whereas many, who didn't take Synthesit, needed about a week of bed rest.
Today, additional evidence has been provided by the scientific community confirming that Synthesit is a unique supplement that helps with overall health enhancement, energy improvement, and treatment of various illnesses, including cancer therapy.
