The new issue of the journal “Edelweiss Applied Science and Technology” published the report of a study on the effect of the iron Synthesit on blood parameters, the conclusions of which are very impressive.
An international team of scientists conducted a study on the effects of Synthesit on non-iron-deficient primates, based on a report from the Research Institute of Medical Primatology. The focus was on the effects of Synthesit iron on hematologic and biochemical parameters in aging rhesus macaques, as well as on safety in an experiment with mice.
Improvement in hematopoiesis: When Synthesit was supplemented, there was a marked increase in the number of different blood cell types. The mice showed a 32.4% increase in myelokaryocytes, a 3.7-fold increase in megakaryocytes, and a 4-fold increase in erythroblasts. This indicates a strong stimulation of hematopoiesis processes.
Effect on biochemical parameters: In primates there was observed a decrease in the level of glucose and lipids in blood. Glucose levels decreased from 4.36 to 3.30 mmol/L, while cholesterol levels decreased from 4.563 to 2.84 mmol/L. These improvements were accompanied by stable levels of physiologic parameters when the supplementation was discontinued, indicating a long-lasting positive effect.
Safety and efficacy: The study showed that the supplement is safe for use. No pathologic changes in tissues and organs were observed in control experiments with mice and primates.
Potential for the treatment of metabolic disorders: Significant reductions in glucose and lipids suggest that Synthesit may help during the treatment of metabolic disorders, including diabetes and obesity.
Immunomodulatory effect: Reduced levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL6 and IL1B have been found, indicating potential anti-inflammatory effects of the supplement.
These results highlight the metabolic potential of Synthesit and its potential for use in non-anemic conditions to improve overall health.
The uniqueness of Synthesit lies in its diverse effects on the body, including improvement in glucose and cholesterol levels. The supplement not only helps increase reticulocyte counts but also helps improve the lipid profile, which opens up new possibilities in the treatment of metabolic disorders.
Overall, this study highlights the importance of Synthesit for helping with the improvement of physiologic markers in an aging but healthy population and its promising potential. These findings may help in the development of safe and effective methods to maintain health and longevity in both humans and other mammals.
