The research performed at the ACADEMY OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS showed that Synthesit use has positive effects on athletic performance and the following results were observed in professional athletes after a week-long use of Synthesit:

  1. Increased athletic power (relative average) by 4% even with a single-dose intake;
  2. Enhanced efficacy of oxygen transport system by 6%;
  3. Reduced blood pressure (BP) in all stages of training;
  4. Lower heart rate (BPM) by 5.5%  under training load.

The obtained research findings demonstrate that even a weekly intake of Synthesit mineral contributes to the improvement of the physiological and adaptive characteristics of professional athletes, and also provides protection of the cardiovascular system from overload.

Long-term use of Synthesit can significantly improve these levels, increase endurance, immunity and regenerative abilities of the body.

A group of marathon athletes has been taking Synthesit as 3 capsules daily during one week. The results of the physical training test were measured when the anaerobic threshold (AT) was reached.

The anaerobic threshold (AT) is the exertion level between aerobic and anaerobic training.At the same time, physical endurance is important for an athlete, both in the aerobic and anaerobic spectrum, depending on the type of sport.Synthesit intake helped improve the efficiency of the oxygen transport system of athletes.

The oxygen uptake, or oxygen consumption (VO2) increased by 6.30%, and at the same time, the heart rate (BPM) significantly decreased by 5.53% (Fig. 1). Recovery after physical exertion occurred at a normal physiological level.

Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that even a single-dose use of SYNTHESIT increased the relative average power by 4%, from 7.47±0.27 W/kg to 7.77±0.20 W/kg (Fig. 2A), and also contributed to a decrease in blood pressure (Fig. 2B).

Thus, even one-week intake of Synthesit mineral promotes an increase in endurance and helps improve the oxygen transport system, as well as provides protection of the cardiovascular system during intense physical loads.

Another important aspect for athletes to consider is the level of cytokines.
